Requirements: |
- University graduate in Computer Science or Business Administration; preferably with an MBA degree
- Minimum 8 years’ working experience in MIS and business analysis
- Solid experience in implementing business intelligence solutions, analytical CRM, data-driven marketing systems, ETL tools and data warehouse
- Knowledge on Cognos, Powerplay and ReportNet is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- Excellent documentation technique, strong business sense and problem solving skill
- Numerical, analytical, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Willing to work under pressure and tight timeline
- Work station in Tai Po office

Responsibility: |
- To analyze business processes, identify areas of systems to be improved and recommend solutions
- To consolidate users’ requirements and maintain proper documentation throughout system development cycle
- To prepare test plan, conduct user acceptance test and regularly review existing systems for enhancement
- To act as bridge between Technology department, users, vendors, and other related parties during system development process
