Web Developer:
We are looking for a talent joining our User Experience and Design team to help improving existing systems and providing great experiences for end-users.
Implementation of the design, layout and production elements required for critical internal and external-facing UIs.
- degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline
- 3+ years of front-end development experience (more experienced candidate will be considered for the position of Senior Web Developer);
-solid techniques in producing cross-browser, cross-platform, modular and re-usable code;
-understand user-centred design approach and quality assurance methodologies; well versed in advanced HTML, XML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP.
-Knowledge in ActionScript, Ajax, and WML also preferred;
- familiar with development software such as Photoshop, Fireworks and Flash;
-experience in Content Management System and E-Commerce an advantage,
-fluency in Chinese and English;
-eager to learn, self-motivated, team player and confident.
Web Editor:
working together with Product managers in selection of topics and product planning by observing local and overseas trends.
- 4 years of experience in practical editorial, reporting and writing in news/ current affairs/ finance sections;
-with management experience a plus (more experienced candidates will be considered for the post of Senior Web Editor).
-A creative team-player with a good sense in latest trends.
-Excellent Chinese writing skills and fluent in English is essential.
-University degree required.

Responsibility: |
Web Developer:
-participating in concept development and ideation process;
-developing low fidelity functional design prototypes to demonstrate proof of concepts and to enable rapid iterative support for evaluative design research;
-collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to refine the user experience; partnering with engineering to ensure that interactive techniques and technologies translate through to shipping products and services; building re-usable components and tools to enable and facilitate prototyping.
Web Editor:
- planning, writing and editing features and columns;
-sourcing, managing and liaising with freelance editors;
-defining editorial direction and setting up the information library;
-categorizing content and selecting hot topics;
-monitoring the content portfolio and quality of relevant section.
