 - Degree / High Diploma holder in Information Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
 - At least 5 years solid experience on network design and implementation.
 - Project Management and working experience in aviation industry or large scale IP network environment preferable.
 - Hands on experience on network design, installation, upgrade, configuration and testing.
 - Familiar with network equipment including Cisco routers/switches, CheckPoint VPN/Firewall and Wireless LAN, down to command level.
 - Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
